[Note some of the developer’s misrepresentations:
(1) They “have incorporated ‘acres of open space’ “ in the design - they definitely have NOT.
(2) The design has "a waterway that is being completely preserved” That "waterway" is a wetland that is federally protected so they must keep it. The developer refers to it in their documents to the County as a "drainage" because that downplays its importance as a wetland and note: they will be putting up 17 to 26 foot high retaining walls as close to the wetland's edge as is legally allowed! And one wonders how "preserved" that "waterway" will be with the intense construction going on around it.)
(3) The developer using the language "families" will move in to these "homes", gives a very different impression than the reality that these are apartments for Seniors.]
